This weekend Bat Bunny and Bat Chip took to the road for their
Annual Black and Yellow Tour in honor of C-Art,
the Cumbria wide Art Trail...
As from September 13th (THIS FRIDAY) you will be able to C....Art all over actual Cumbria!!
Bat Bunny is a C-ART Ambassador and it is her job to ensure her group of artists in the South Lakes are ready for the big event.
The Tour began right here in Ulverston...
During C-Art you will be able to see Kate Wilson of Oubas Knitwear at work in her studio on Oubas Hill, Ulverston..

Don't forget to pop into Bat Booths for refreshments
(free coffee for Booths card holders!)
Next it was straight into the Bat Mobile....
heading due west for the studio of Robert Fletcher in Satterthwaite...

Following which, Bat Bunny and Bat Chip made their way to Arnside to visit artist Tracy Levine at her Studio ...

Since the bat sun was shining on the Arnside Promenade
BB and BC decided to spread the word on the street...
After Bat snacks...
....which, incidentally, BB and BC can HIGHLY recommend
....particularly for gluten intolerant readers
The Bat Mobile headed back North...
To Low Sizergh Barn in Kendal...
where they were made to feel welcome by everyone
Last stop of the day was to the Boat House at Fell Foot Park where Hugh Dickinson will be exhibiting..
Bat Bunny better hop to it now and prepare
for it's C-Art opening this Friday
